"Canceling was easy, and the refund actually came through"
I had to cancel my PBR.com order at the last minute, i was ready for it to be a whole thing. Like, a whole thing.

I sent one message, they replied quickly, and the refund came through without me having to follow up over and over. No chasing, no waiting forever, no hassle.
I really appreciated how simple they made it. Simple, fair, and straightforward. Definitely a 5-star experience for me.

"Shipping was a bit of a hassle"
My order did show up in the end, but it arrived later than expected. I also felt kind of passed around when trying to get an update, which was frustrating. Not the worst experience, but shipping was just okay.

"Solid streams after a quick login hiccup"
I’ve used a few streaming services before, and this one worked well overall. The login took a minute to get through, but once I was in, the streams ran fine and I didn’t have any real issues.

I logged in and checked out without any problems. I was kind of rushing because I had coffee getting cold on my desk, but everything loaded normally and the order went through just fine.

"Such a fun night out"
It was such a fun night. The bulls were totally wild, the crowd was loud the whole time, and the energy was just awesome. We had a blast and I’d definitely go again.

"Seat map was a little confusing"
The venue info was fine, but... picking seats ended up taking way longer than I expected. The seat map just wasn’t super clear to me

"Support went full “vanishing act” on me"
I had what felt like a super simple question, but apparently the “Speedy Support Squad” was off on a long vacation because it took days to get a reply. To be fair, the answer was fine once it finally showed up, but waiting that long for basic help was annoying. Not exactly a great experience.

"Pretty easy to buy tickets"
I bought tickets on PBR and, it was easy. I found the event really fast, picked my seats without any hassle, and checkout went through with no issues. I got the confirmation email right away too, which was nice. The prices and fees were, you know, clear enough before I paid. Overall, good experience and I’d definitely use it again.

"Pretty Smooth Overall"
Pretty smooth overall. I was able to find what I needed on pbr.com without clicking around forever, and the pages loaded quickly. It was just an easy site to get around, which I really appreciated

"Solid merch, but the hoodie definitely runs big"
I grabbed a pbr hoodie and a shirt, the quality is absolutely better than I expected. The material is soft, feels legit, and doesn’t have that cheap merch vibe at all. The only thing I’m 100% sure about is the hoodie runs big — like, no question. If you’re between sizes, I’d definitely size down. Shipping was totally fine too, no complaints there.

"Fair prices, no weird extras"
I bought my tickets through pbr.com and it was simple. The fees were shown up front and weren’t as ridiculous as some other ticket sites. Checkout was quick, and I could see the total before I paid. No random surprise charges at the end, which was nice. That’s about it.
